The story is easy, following the moves of a business owner, Alex, as he navigates the challenges associated with building a business from the ground up. The point of the book, though, is to show you how to build a company that you can sell. Indeed, the full title of the book says it all: When you go to build a business, you need to think about what your ultimate goal is.
