This problematic triangle sure was a nail-biter, and I loved it. The book had a climax of about 2 pages and then it was done. Who was stalking her again? I could not figure out if I should trust him or shout at Camelia to run the tother way!

The concept is original though. When I read about this book I thought it genuinely sounded unique and interesting. I just expected more.

Camel Camelia sounds like Chameleon almost died three months ago, when she bent down to pick up her earring in the parking lot and nearly got hit by a car. Aug 14, Marie rated it really liked it Shelves: Before Camelia gets to thank him for saving her life the mysterious guy disappears. Not one part of any of the books did I find boring, in fact I can truthfully say that it very much hooked me to the end.


I’m really excited to see where this will go in Deadly Little Games the next in the series.

There were a few technical inconsistencies with this book that bothered me a bit, but I was able to overlook them because of the greatness of the plot line.

They actually don’t seem that cliche–well maybe Kimmie– but I credit the author for that anyway.

The first deadlt pages were like a stupid disney sitcom and I was cringing the whole time. About Laurie Faria Stolarz. I just hope she appreciates all my efforts—all my work to make her happy.

It was amazing and appropriate. Before she knew what was happening, a mysterious hot guy had shoved her out of the way, saving her life, before running off when she tried to faia him. Ben comes back, back after Camelia’s initial excitement to see him, he pushes her away and forcefully and quit meanily if you ask me tells her that he does not want to work on their relationship and feels that it would be best if they just remained friends.

He only reacted to her because he “felt” something when he touched her. A guy named Ben saves her from a car crashing into her and since then she hasn’t stopped thinking about him. It had me guessing every little thing, putting everyone as suspects.

Who is fixating on her? But, I think I’m ready for something new. Camelia is sure that she has this power as well, like it rubbed off on her somehow. Even more strange is the voices Camelia is hearing and the premoitions she has in the form of her pottery work.

I was trying to hard to see what it was that was keeping him from diving into his relationship with Camelia, but it was a total mystery to me. I really liked this one better than the first. I wedge the clay out against my board, enjoying the therapeutic quality of each smack, prod, and punch. Can he read her thoughts? Where will Camelia end up and unravel the secret?

This distance is introduced as Adam, Camelia’s new co-worker at Knead. The one thing I can say that was annoying about this book was that Camelia whines about Ben not wanting to be with her, and then insists on not trusting him one bit. I’m very happy that the story continued. Three months later, the mystery guy, Ben, is enrolled in her school.
